Morgan and Logan have been wandering around the American side of the Great Lakes for a while, trying to find the Carrot Ranch. But it’s spring, they’re in no hurry and there’s always a bar and a beer to distract them, and Morgan is becoming philosophical (Logan might say maudlin)…
‘Life is good, Logan.’
‘Hmm?’
‘Sitting here, by the lake, sipping beer and chillin’.’
‘Hmm.’
‘There’s the view, the spring bursting all around. Friendly people, the food is good…’
‘Hmm…’
‘Ok, but it’s not all burgers and fries…’
‘Hmpf!’
‘Sorry. I’m going native. Chips. Even if we never reach the Ranch, we’re enjoying the journey. It’s all about the experience. Even you and me…’
‘Hmm?’
‘Our friendship. This trip is our spring, like those flowers, emerging from hibernation, budding, ready to burst…’
‘Morgan, if you are building up to calling us blossom buddies, I will have to kill you…’

Blossom buddies bonding over burgers and fries. What an image of these two. Thanks for sharing the Buxton event which I originally erroneously dubbed the Buxom event. The organizers had to tell Anne to tell that Yank it was B-u-x-t-o-n. You sure these characters are going to be okay if they make it to the Ranch?
