A bit ranty….

Ok, so this is a repeat but, frankly, those bloody computer cables are driving me bonkers. Every car I get in seems to have its guts hanging out of the dashboard so every conceivable device can be charged. It is a matter of time before I electrocute myself as one drops into my coffee. But then I’ve been here before, with this post from a couple of years ago. via Being clever because they can

About TanGental

My name is Geoff Le Pard. Once I was a lawyer; now I am a writer. I've published four books - Dead Flies and Sherry Trifle, My Father and Other Liars, Salisbury Square and Buster & Moo. In addition I have published two anthologies of short stories, Life, in a Grain of Sand and Life in a Flash. More will appear soon, including a memoir of my mother's last years. I will try and continue to blog regularly at geofflepard.com about whatever takes my fancy. I hope it does yours too. These are my thoughts and no one else is to blame. If you want to nab anything I post, please acknowledge where it came from.

  2. It’s a nuisance, isn’t it, and I have a whole load at work acquired over the years and which I can’t throw away. I remember my mother had some piece of equipment which she used to have to plug into the ceiling lightbulb fitting, can’t quite remember what. Christmas tree lights?
